DOSING

CBD paste is dosed depending on the individual. CBD paste is dosed first with one turn of the dispenser (20%CBD), and then the number of turns of the dispenser is increased accordingly until the optimal effect on the body is achieved. The paste is dosed every 6 hours or. 3 times a day.

For most, the ideal dose will be just 1 turn on the dispenser, while others will also need more turns of the dispenser. In case the ideal dose is large, the paste can be replaced with a paste with a higher% CBD. This consumes less product by volume for the same effect.
